Business Development Representative - Sweden

Your mission

We are looking for a Business Development Representative, based in Sweden to be part of our Sales team, reporting directly to our  Business Development Manager . Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure excellent after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d like to meet you.

  • Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

  • Present our company to potential clients

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.

  • Work closely with our product team to give feedback from customers.

  • Report to the Business Development Manager on weekly sales results

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Racket Sports lover !
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Management or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques 
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Swedish Native , high level of English
